1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

The item is returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

4. Return Authorization (Mandatory)
Before sending any item back, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) / Claim Number.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
